We tailor our strategy depending on your financial circumstances
Before commencing an investigation or search into a missing or stolen pet, we ensure that our clients are fully aware of the costs involved. Our pricing structure is simple and ensures that there are no unwelcome surprises.
Each case is unique as are the financial circumstances of our clients. Most clients approach us with an approximate idea of how much they would like to spend. We then work with the client to ensure that the most effective strategies are deployed within the specified limit.
We charge £25 per hour for office based work which includes activities such as ensuring that your pet's details are featured on all the major lost and found websites, alerting key organisations of your loss, conducting internet research and communicating with local and national media. The hourly rate for field work is £45 and includes activities such as area searches, flyer and poster distribution and face to face interviews/statement taking.
Many pet insurance companies will contribute towards these costs. Please check with your individual insurer.
Donations/Investigation Sponsorship
We are often approached by pet owners who would like to utilise our services but are unfortunately unable to afford them. Whilst we have waived our fees for some investigations, we can't do this as much as we would like to. If you or your employer would be interested in donating or sponsoring our work for those who are not in a position to pay our fees then we would like to hear from you.
